Android developer and publisher

Semy WEB GbR develops and maintains the VivaCreo Android application and supports its release and publication in the Google Play Console. The service operator and data controller are identified separately in the Privacy Policy.

Service information

VivaCreo is an AI creative application for generating and editing images, video and audio. Results are probabilistic and should be reviewed before use or publication. The VivaCreo name and original application materials are used as the service identity of REexcellent GmbH.

Online dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless legally required in an individual case. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
