Delete from the app
Open VivaCreo → Account → Profile or Privacy, then choose the account deletion control and confirm the request. This is the quickest way to verify that you control the account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the application, send an email from the address connected to your VivaCreo account. Use the subject “VivaCreo account deletion request” and include your VivaCreo username if you know it.
Do not include your password, Google credentials or payment card number. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request.
What happens next?
Account access is disabled when a verified deletion request is accepted. Account data, chats, uploads, generated results and local account state are placed into the deletion process. Some payment, accounting, security or legal records may be retained for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymized. Backups are removed through the normal backup rotation.
